June 5-August 27, "SAVING THE SANCTUARY".  Freeport Art Museum, 121 N. Harlem Avenue, Freeport. Tuesday thru Friday: 10 am to 5 pm; Saturday: Noon to 5 pm. This exhibition compares and contrasts the works of four artists affiliated with the University of Wisconsin-Madison's Department of Art. Although each specializes in a different medium - paint, glass, metal, photography, or found object sculpture - their art is united in the portrayal of symbolic preservation of their valued relationships, either within the home, or within the larger setting of the natural environment, or both.
